What's included in my unit price?

Everything. All sublimation, logo placements, and colorways are already in your unit price. Domestic shipping to up to 2 US locations is included. Your custom branded box and poly mailers labeled by size and gender are included. There is no hidden invoice at the end — what you see on the pricing page is what you pay.

Will you reuse or sell my design?

Never. Your design belongs to you and is never shared, resold, or reused. We keep your artwork securely on file for one reason only — so future reorders are instant and any size runs or minor tweaks don't require starting over.

What if I want changes to my design later?

Minor tweaks — logo swap, colorway adjustment — can often be handled quickly by your rep. If you want a significantly different design or an alternative direction, that would typically require a new creative session and a new $500 retainer. We'd schedule a call to discuss what you have in mind and tell you upfront before any cost is involved.

What if something isn't right on the swatch?

We fix it. Color, layout, logo placement, scale — anything that isn't right gets adjusted before full production. We never go to production without your final approval. That's the entire point of the swatch step.

How do reorders work?

Your design is on file permanently. Reorders go straight to production — no new retainer, no redesign. Just submit your quantities and your rep generates the invoice. The whole process is significantly faster the second time around.

Can I split shipment between two addresses?

Yes — domestic shipping to up to 2 US addresses is included in every order at no additional charge. Provide both addresses on the order form and let your rep know how to divide the units.
