Frequently Asked Questions

What's your minimum order?

Our minimum is 20 units per product, per design, per colorway. Think of it like custom baking: if you're ordering 20 chocolate chip cookies, they all need to be the same recipe and flavor - not 10 chocolate chip and 10 oatmeal raisin. Same goes for our products - one product type, one design, one colorway per 20-unit batch.

Can I mix different products in my order?

Yes - and when you do, we offer bundle pricing. For example: 20 polos + 20 Q-zips = bundle savings. Each product/design/colorway still requires a 20-unit minimum.

What types of custom apparel do you offer?

We design and produce high-quality polos, hoodies, Q-zips, performance tees, and hats - all made to reflect your brand's identity and values.

Can I mix sizes and gender cuts?

Yes! Within any product type (e.g., polos), you can mix sizes from toddlers (2-12), women's XS-4XL, and men's S-5XL. We offer specific cuts for men, women, and kids - all at the same flat rate, regardless of size or gender.

How does the design process work?

We kick off every project with a $500 design invoice (separate from product cost), which gives you access to a U.S.-based human designer - no AI, no templates, no shortcuts. Once you complete our virtual design guide, you'll receive: - Two unique design mockups in 3 business days - Your brand assets displayed for clarity and easy feedback - Unlimited edits based on your direction - Optional video consultations with your designe

Will you reuse or sell my design?

Absolutely not. Your custom design is yours alone. We do not resell, reuse, or share any client designs. However, we do keep your artwork securely on file so that future reorders or edits are seamless.

Is shipping included in my price?

Yes - domestic shipping to up to two U.S. addresses is included in your pricing.

When do customers typically use Forged Fabrics?

Teams work with Forged Fabrics for memorable, branded apparel across key moments: - Conferences & trade shows - Golf outings, retreats, and incentive trips - Holiday gifts for staff or clients - New hire welcome kits - Company anniversaries or product launches - Sales team uniforms - Customer appreciation gifts - Rebrands or logo refreshes

We design custom polos, q-zips, and hoodies so you and your team look great. Professional enough for trade conferences and sales pitches, comfortable enough your team will wear them around the house too.
