Can I mix sizes and gender cuts?
Yes! Within any product type (e.g., polos), you can mix sizes from toddlers (2-12), XS-4XL, and men's S-5XL. We offer specific cuts for men, women, and kids - all at the rate, regardless of size or gender.
Do you offer different styles or fabrics?
We offer one exceptional polo material - soft, breathable, and built for performance. It's across all designs and sizes for a clean, consistent look.
Order Minimums & Quantities
What's your minimum order?
Our minimum is 20 units per product, per design, per colorway. Think of it like custom hats - all women's same flat the same you're ordering 20 chocolate chip cookies, they all need to be the same recipe and flavor - not 10 chocolate chip and 10 oatmeal raisin. Same goes for our products - one product type, one design, one colorway per 20-unit batch.
Can I mix different products in my order?
Yes - and when you do, we offer bundle pricing. For example: 20 polos + 20 Q-zips = bundle savings. Each product/design/colorway still requires a 20-unit minimum.
Design Process & What's Included
How does the design process work?
We kick off every project with a $500 design invoice (separate from product cost), which gives you access to a U.S.-based human designer - no AI, no templates, no shortcuts. Once you complete our virtual design guide, you'll receive:
- Two unique design mockups in 3 business days
- Your brand assets displayed for clarity and easy feedback
- Unlimited edits based on your direction
- Optional video consultations with your designer
Will you reuse or sell my design?
Absolutely not. Your custom design is yours alone. We do not resell, reuse, or share any client designs. However, we do keep your artwork securely on file so that future reorders or edits are seamless.
Swatches & Design Approval
Will I see the product before it's made?
Yes. After you finalize your design and complete payment, we send a 12x12 physical swatch featuring your exact design and colors.
Can I approve my swatch virtually?
A: Yes - we offer a virtual approval option, where you'll receive detailed, high-res photos with measurements and reference objects for sizing and color evaluation.
What if something isn't perfect on the swatch?
A: We'll adjust anything - color, layout, logo size - based on your feedback. We never go to production without your final approval.
Placing Your Final Order
What's needed to finalize my order?
You'll complete a short form confirming:
- Product type
- Final design & colorway
- Sizes & quantities
- Shipping address(es)
- Target delivery date
What's the production timeline?
After final approval and payment, production and delivery typically take 30-35 days.
Shipping & Delivery
Is shipping included in my price?
Yes - domestic shipping to up to two U.S. addresses is included in your pricing.
What if I need international or multi-location shipping?
No problem. Just let your sales rep know, and we'll work with you to accommodate international shipments or additional destinations.
Will I get tracking info?
Yes. Our post-services team will provide tracking and delivery updates - and we'll follow up to ensure everything arrived just right.
