Sample Orders

Sample orders are not eligible for return or refund.

Custom Production Orders

Because every Forged Fabrics order is made to your exact specifications, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on production orders — with one exception: verified production defects or errors on our end.

A production defect is defined as:

• The finished product does not match the approved swatch (incorrect color, material, or construction)

• Physical damage such as tears, stains, or broken hardware (e.g., zippers) present upon delivery

If your order qualifies, we will remake and reship the affected items at no cost to you. We do not issue monetary refunds on production orders.

Design Approval

All orders go through an artwork approval process before production begins. Once you approve your design, that approval is final. We are not responsible for outcomes that match the approved artwork but don’t meet expectations after the fact — please review all proofs carefully before approving.

Overstock / Extras

If you received more units than ordered, contact us and we’ll arrange a return or credit for the overage.

Forged Fabrics Errors

If we produce or ship something that differs from your approved order (wrong logo placement, wrong color, wrong item), we will reprint the affected items or issue store credit — your choice.
