RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES
At Forged Fabrics, we understand mistakes happen. Whether you've ordered the wrong item; or need to swap out a size, we've got you covered with our simple and easy return process.
You may return unused, undamaged, unwashed merchandise (tag must be attached) within 60 days of receiving your package to qualify for a product exchange or refund.
We offer FREE, pre-paid shipping on both returns and exchanges.
We apologize in advance, but we CANNOT return items from multiple orders together. The items must be sent back with the return label generated from their original order.
Upon delivery of the item(s) that you are sending back to Fore Fathers, please allow of minimum of 5-7 business days for you request to be completed.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS AND TERMS
If the item is in a condition (i.e. previously worn, washed or damaged) that doesn't allow us to resell, we will NOT be able to issue an exchange or return. The customer will be contacted and shipped back the item they returned.
If you are looking to exchange an item that is sold out, you will be contacted about choosing an alternative item in the same price range, receiving store credit, or being issued a refund.
