1. Overview

This Privacy Policy describes how the FF Finance Dashboard application ("the App"), operated by Fore Fathers Apparel LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects data accessed through the Intuit QuickBooks Online API. The App is a private, internal business tool used exclusively by authorized personnel of Fore Fathers Apparel LLC and its operating brand, Forged Fabrics.

2. Data We Access

The App connects to our own QuickBooks Online account to retrieve financial and operational data for internal reporting and dashboard purposes. The types of data accessed include:

Profit and loss reports and financial statements
Invoice records, including customer names, amounts, dates, and payment status
Expense and transaction records
Vendor bills and purchase records
Chart of accounts and account balances

We do not access data from any QuickBooks account other than our own. The App is not distributed to or used by any third party.

3. How We Use Data

Data retrieved from QuickBooks Online is used exclusively for:

Populating internal financial dashboards and reports
Cash flow forecasting and financial analysis
Revenue tracking and reconciliation
Operational decision-making by authorized team members

We do not sell, rent, share, or distribute any QuickBooks data to any third party for any purpose.

4. Data Storage and Security

QuickBooks data accessed by the App is processed in real time for dashboard display. Where data is cached or stored temporarily to support dashboard functionality:

Data is stored on secure, access-controlled servers
Access is restricted to authorized personnel only
OAuth 2.0 tokens are stored securely and refreshed in accordance with Intuit's token lifecycle requirements
We do not store QuickBooks credentials (usernames or passwords) at any time

5. Data Sharing

We do not share QuickBooks data with any third party. The App is used solely for internal business purposes by Fore Fathers Apparel LLC.

6. Data Retention

Financial data displayed on the dashboard is retrieved from QuickBooks Online in real time or near-real time. Any cached data is retained only as long as necessary to support dashboard performance and is refreshed on a regular basis. If the App is disconnected from QuickBooks, all cached data is deleted.

7. Your Rights

As the sole user of this App, the QuickBooks account owner (Fore Fathers Apparel LLC) may disconnect the App from QuickBooks Online at any time through the Intuit App Center or the QuickBooks Online settings. Disconnecting the App will revoke all API access and delete any stored OAuth tokens.

8. Compliance with Intuit Platform Policies

The App complies with Intuit's Developer Terms of Service, API License Agreement, and all applicable platform policies governing the use of QuickBooks Online APIs. We access only the minimum data scopes necessary for the App's functionality.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is a business tool and is not directed at or intended for use by individuals under the age of 18.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
