End-User License Agreement

1. Agreement

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Fore Fathers Apparel LLC ("Company") governing the use of the FF Finance Dashboard application ("the App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

2. License Grant

The Company grants authorized personnel of Fore Fathers Apparel LLC a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for internal business purposes only. The App is a private, internal tool and is not available for public distribution, resale, or use by any third party.

3. Scope of Use

The App is designed to connect to the Company's QuickBooks Online account to retrieve and display financial data in an internal dashboard format. Authorized uses include:

• Viewing financial reports, invoices, and transaction data

• Analyzing cash flow, revenue, and expense information

• Generating internal forecasts and operational reports

4. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Distribute, sublicense, lease, or otherwise make the App available to any third party

• Use the App to access any QuickBooks account other than the Company's own account

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except as expressly permitted

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Intuit's Developer Terms of Service

• Share, export, or transmit any data accessed through the App to unauthorized individuals or entities

5. Data and Privacy

The App accesses financial data from the Company's QuickBooks Online account via the Intuit QuickBooks API. All data handling practices are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree to the data practices described therein.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and all related materials, including but not limited to source code, design, and documentation, are the property of Fore Fathers Apparel LLC. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the App.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Company does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any data displayed will be completely accurate or current at all times.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fore Fathers Apparel LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

The Company may revoke access to the App at any time and for any reason. Upon termination, all rights granted under this Agreement will immediately cease, and any cached or stored data will be deleted. The QuickBooks account owner may also disconnect the App from QuickBooks Online at any time through the Intuit App Center.

10. Compliance

Use of the App is subject to compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as Intuit's Developer Terms of Service and API License Agreement.

11. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
